I went to get late lunch here with friends on the weekend. It's nice that the store is located inside the building on the way to the subway. The roast beef sandwich was great! I tried it for the first time, since I got tired of eating cold cut combo that I eat every time I'm at a Subway.
The restaurant is clean and fairy spacious. -

I'd rate this place 0 stars if I could. I used to frequent this place during my lunch break. I attempted to pay for my meal and for whatever reason their card machine wouldn't work. He asked three times for me to put my card and snatched the sandwich away. I went to Hale & Hearty's where my card worked with no issue.
Oddly enough, even before I got to the register, the guy at the bread station took my order then proceeded to do someone's order that was behind me. Just too many weird experiences and the staff are rude. I won't be returning to this location again. -

I usually go to this location to get lunch, since I work nearby. But today I went there, and when I asked for an Italian six inch, the server said that they were out of six inch Italian sandwiches. But just to the right of him, I could clearly see Italian bread, ready and in the tray to be used. This person wanted me to order a foot long so I'd pay more money. Don't go here.

Subways is subways. The franchise has been a staple in my diet for years. Never had a reason to bash them but boy... if you are putting my sandwich, or anyone's sandwich together, regardless of whether you're wearing gloves, please refrain from touching your hair and your face.
I want average bread, decent meat, and day old lettuce for $6.00. I did not ask for facial oil and protein filament of your dermis.
Still ate it. Delish. -

This SUBWAY® is underground. You can access it via the E/M subway station. There is an entrance on the south side of E. 53rd St. (btwn. 5th and 6th Avenues).
